Rule 1: No arguing. If you have a problem, take it up with a moderator, or myself, in private.
Rule 2: Don't be a dick. We won't tolerate it.
Rule 3: No sex on scene. Keep that to private.
Rule 4: Try not to PvP. While I expect it will happen on occasion that players are in confrontations with one another, don't be openly antagonistic.
The direct bonuses from services lasts for two weeks, meaning if you wish the bonus to apply for a month you must purchase it twice each month. Furthermore, a bonus from Services will not give you a bonus higher than 3 for direct skill rolls.
Skill rolls made by other professionals (such as the black market surgeon stitching you up) will be made by the NPC, not the player, and therefore are not a bonus to the player's roll, but in fact their own roll with the NPCs attributes, skills, merits, and specialties.
At any time, a player may trade in 4 dice for 1 automatic success (up to five successes). This may not be done on contested or combat rolls, or anything that might be considered 'stressful' or 'critical'. You may not use willpower on these rolls, and any dice beyond 4 are rolled normally. 9-again, 8-again, and Rote do not affect this ruling.
Mortal and minor template characters are permitted to take the Destiny merit (it's not restricted to Mages), as long as it makes sense (e.g. ghosts, being dead, probably don't have Destinies anymore). It functions exactly as described in Mage, except without the "you may spend a willpower to apply your bonus dice to spellcasting instead of mundane rolls", since they don't have Awakened magic to begin with.
As such, the Fate Sense numen from the Chronicles of Darkness corebook works as described on anyone with a Destiny, not just Mages with Destinies.
The Infrastructure Condition from the Demon corebook interacts with the Destiny merit just as it says it does, as long as the Destiny in question is something the God-Machine and its projects take an interest in. Mortals, and especially Stigmatics, with Destinies are often important to God-Machine Infrastructure.
All PCs may gain additional beats through the following methods:
2 Beats per plot thread per month
1 Beats per Social Scene per month
2 Beats per glimpse per month.
In addition, every PC gains an additional 1xp for each month in which they were active. You may spend XP at any given time, but it will only effect new threads you enter after the XP is spent.
Players may only buy 1 dot of a fighting style each month.
Players may only buy 1 dot of professional training each month.
Players may not start with more than 3 dots in Professional Training or any skill without at least some justification.
New characters start with equipment equal to 3x Resources.
Signature blocks here are used to identify your characters, and provide some basic statistics on them:
Name | X Splat | Z Splat | Y Splat | Presence X (Striking Looks if applicable) | Size X | Defense X | Power Stat X | Active Abilities:
Integrity Equivalent, Willpower, Fuel, and Health at tracked per thread, as these are 'spendable' resources.
