You can't trust the hills outside of town. It's not safe to go alone. This is somehow double for supernaturals. It is also highly discouraged to go into the Subway tunnels.
One year after the Cataclysm, the various Supernatural entities came together to create an agreement that would help keep each other safe, as the Veil that protected each was blown. Even the Seers of the Throne and The Pure sent representatives to the Cedar City Accords. Only the Forsaken packs of Cedar City, and The Predator Kings refused to Sign. That was 12 years ago.
The changeling Freehold of Sand and Wind maintains the Oath of Peace and hunt both Oathbreakers and rogues relentlessly.
Oathbreakers are pursued by at a handful of Changelings, from each court: The Hunter of Longest Days, Long Shadow, The Paladin of Shadow, and the Clavigers. These Changelings may demand the assistance of anyone in their Hunt for Oathbreakers, and cannot be denied without evidence of innocence
The Seers of the Throne in the area are fairly passive after recent events, though many consider the Pentacle to be anarchists at best, and terrorists at worst. Most consider the Pentacle to be the leading faction of mages, though it is considered a dangerous standoff, even with the Accords
The city's vampire population are seen as being too wrapped up in their own machinations, and they rarely do anything to disabuse anyone of this notion.
Beast: The Hive is a Maze of Mirrors. The Apex is unknown. To represent them in Political matters, Chris Lee was elected, as the oldest and most well known among the Dark Mother's Children.
Changeling:
Demon: There are an inordinate number of Angels gathering in the city of late. Infrastructure is being created, but no one seems to know where or why. They've also taken an unhealthy interest in The Hedge.
Mage: The Hierarch's names is Atom. A group of Banishers lurks in the wilderness near Cedar City, keeping to itself for whatever reason. A grand vault of magical relics sleeps beneath the earth under the care of the Pentacle.
Promethean: Though there are no Throngs that stay in the area. Big John is a Promethean who visits periodically to see people, but lives out in the desert.
Werewolf: The Four Winds is a very large composed of four very large packs, one for each cardinal direction. They claim they are protecting the city from something, and withdrew from the Accords due to their distrust and anger at the mages for their destruction. The Alphas take the names of their Pack's Cardinal direction, to represent their devotion to their Pack.
Vampires: The Prince is not known by name to any but his Inner circle, and the Vampires of the city keep mostly to themselves. The Accords grant them protected hunting grounds at multiple locations.
