The State Bank of Southern Utah has an eccentric employeƩ. Working late is not a problem in his position, and he is always willing to put in the late hours, when he can check the numbers without them changing constantly. Jonathan is a wonderful financial manager, and so pleasant to be around - at first. Get on his bad side, and you will be faced with a cold, dispassionate, cruel, calculating monstrosity bend on making your life a constant hell. And getting on his bad side is so very easy.... However, there is more to O'Connor than this. Like a spider in the centre of a net he is carefully extending, he is gathering power - to some obscure end. Power and control are some of the reasons that drew him into the Ordo, and the banker has ties to other criminal powers. Do they share his vision for Cedar, are they even aware? It matters not, because in the end, there are only so many people he feels truly loyal to. And the rest will dance to their tune, whether they want to, or not.
